I. Overview

Cadences define how leads are contacted over time using calls, SMS, email, and AI outreach.

Creating a Cadence allows you to automate a consistent follow-up strategy for incoming leads.

For example, a Cadence might:

• Call new leads immediately
• Send a follow-up SMS if the call is not answered
• Have AI attempt another call later
• Send an email reminder

Once activated, any lead that matches the entry criteria will automatically follow the defined outreach sequence.

II. Creating a New Cadence

To create a Cadence:

  1. Navigate to Your Teams → Team Name → Cadences

  2. Click Create Cadence

  3. Enter a name and description

  4. Configure entry rules

  5. Add outreach steps

  6. Activate the Cadence
